PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a general regulation setting out the legal framework for the protection of personal data in the European area which, from 25^th May 2018, directly lays down rules for the processing of personal data, including your rights. In the Czech legal environment, the General Regulation replaces Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data from 25^th May 2018.

Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of EU comes into force from 27^th April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/ES, ADRA accepts the Directive on the personal data processing and its protection.

The Directive regulates the processing and protection of personal data processed by the Administrator in the framework of his / her activity as administrator and processors and the obligations of employees and other persons in a similar legal relation to the Administrator including the volunteers involved in the processing of personal data by the Administrator.
